Arbel was a super-duper ten-year-old girl.
She had springs in her shoes and glitter in her hair!
All she wanted to do was tumble and flip and zoom.

Every single day, Arbel zoomed to practice.
She did cartwheels that turned into rainbow twirls.
And somersaults that made her look like a rolling donut!

Her amazing Coach Anat would say, "More screw jumps, Arbel!"
Arbel would spin so fast, she'd get a little dizzy.

The next day, Arbel bounced to the Olympics!
Seven other gymnasts looked very serious, "GRUMPF!"
